Saguenay Foundry innovates once more by acquiring a state-of-the-art fluid analysis software to further improve the quality of the products we deliver to our clients. 

We like challenges, so if you have a complicated part that need special care, this new software will help us produce it with consistency and unparalleled quality.  

To improve its productivity, Saguenay Foundry acquired a Palmer molding carousel. With this, our employees can easily create a no-bake sand mold from an existing pattern, use vibration to ensure sand consistency and then start over with the next part while the first one solidifies. At the other end, the mold gets painted if necessary before the cope and drag are assembled, ready for pouring.

With this, Saguenay Foundry will be even more competitive on medium-size production runs, offering our clients better quality at the same time.
